Why Us
History of Warmans
Warmans have managed property since 1859 from our original offices in Highbury Corner, Islington.
During the 2nd World War we had to move when a German V2 (Doodlebug) bomb hit Highbury Corner and damaged the offices. We took temporary residence in the local chip shop until the St Pauls Road office was repaired.
- We are now based in Islington Park Street.
- We recently opened an office close to Cambridge to service our extensive portfolio outside of London.
- In 2009 we will be celebrating our 150th birthday.
